Pat and Howard run courses, workshops and seminars throughout the year.

Yoga Sutra Workshops are held bi-monthly on Saturday mornings
from 10.30am to 1.00pm and cost £15.
The workshops are currently studying Chapter 1 of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras
providing an opportunity for study, discussion and reflection. Pat and Howard

Vedic Chanting sessions are held monthly on Saturday mornings
from 10.30am to 12 noon and cost £8. This is an opportunity to experience more the intimate relationship between our body, breath, voice and mind.

Beginners and experienced chanters all welcome.
