Pat and Howard run courses, workshops and seminars throughout the year.

Yoga Sutra Workshops are held bi-monthly on Saturday mornings
from 10.30am to 1.00pm and cost £15. Advance booking is required.
The workshops are currently studying Chapter 2 of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras providing an opportunity for study, discussion and reflection.

Yoga Masterclasses are held annually. Numbers are restricted and advance booking is required.

Vedic Chanting sessions are held monthly on Saturday mornings
from 10.30am to 12 noon and cost £7. This is an opportunity to experience more the intimate relationship between our body, breath, voice and mind.  Beginners and experienced chanters all welcome.

Vedic Chant Weekend. Howard’s mentor, Radha Sundararajan and Menaka Desikachar will be leading a weekend of Vedic Chant at the Columbia Hotel, Hyde Park, London on 25th/26th April 2009. An opportunity not to be missed.
